Sims 4 Invisible Floor Glitch

Sims in cas are invisible empty cas. I tried to enter the cheat resetsim and when the area to enter text popped up four sims completely disappeared. The ground and a bit of the floor has become see through in one place showing the basement outer wall and blue nothingness around it.

The invisible walls and such would be caused by textures not loading.

I also have the problem of not being able to put things back from the family inventory because there is now an invisible ungrabbable something there in spots all over my home. This might be just the case for the cas screen not the gameplay. Sims body overrides default replacements will conflict with each other possibly resulting in invisible body parts.
